Interpersonal Therapy

An evidence based psychotherapy where the therapist and the client work with acceptance and change oriented strategies to reach a point of healthy emotional equilibrium working with concepts such as distress tolerance, acceptance and mindful awareness.EMDR-A
Structured therapy that encourages the patient to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) which results in a reduction in the emotion associated with the trauma memories. Mindfulness
The practice of mindfulness allows you to focus your awareness in the present moment, and to acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as they occur.
